If you have booked through our excursion webshop, you will receive a confirmation email with the tickets you need to attend the excursion. One day before the excursion, we will send you a message with the pick-up location and time. This will be sent no later than 5:00 PM.
If you have booked through your Sunweb tour guide at your accommodation, you will have received a voucher. The voucher contains the pick-up time and location for your excursion.
