We will be arriving late, can we still check-in?
On the vouchers that you received from us via email, you usually find the check-in procedure for late arrival. Follow the instructions that are written on the accommodation voucher and contact your accommodation to inform them. If you cannot reach the accommodations, you should contact Sunweb representatives.
What time can I check-in into my hotel?
This depends from accommodation to accommodation, but check-in usually starts between 16:00 and 18:00. Upon arrival at your accommodation, the reception will inform you about the exact time. If you arrive before that time, most accommodations allow you to leave your luggage at reception or in a luggage storage room.
Why can I only check-in in the afternoon?
When you arrive at the accommodation early in the day, it is possible that the room is not ready, as the previous guests have the time to check-out until 10:00. After this, the cleaning needs to be done, which prevents you from checking in before the check-in time. Occasionally for some accommodations, rooms can be ready earlier than expected, and a check-in can happen before the usual check-in times stated above.
