If you have not been able to use your lift pass for one or more days, due to medical issues or other reasons outside of your controle, please contact the ski pass office directly. It is not possible to arrange this after your holiday. We recommend that you contact your own travel insurance. The insurance can notify you of what is required in this case. If you booked travel insurance via Sunweb you can find the information pon your insurance voucher. 


It is important that the lift pass is on the invoice and that you have sufficient proof (medical certificate, or other) that you could not use the lift pass.
