There are several local events, mostly related to the Greek Orthodox religion. Greek Easter is big, as well as 15th of August where they celebrate Maria. There are several Holidays like these. Besides that, are smaller events like live music in the amphitheatre in the harbor of Pigadia, these are announced shortly in advance (mostly in August)
