Where and when can I find my flight transfer information? 

You will receive an SMS from your transfer company one day prior departure before 19.00hrs. If you did not receive an SMS, you can contact the transfer company via the telephone number mentioned on your transfer voucher. 

Where and when can I find my return bus pick-up information 

You can find your bus pick-up time on your transfer voucher. Please be ready 15 min prior to pick-up at the pick-up location. Also, you will get from Sunweb one day prior departure before 17.00hrs an SMS with your pick-up time. If you did not receive an SMS, please contact your guide by phone. Contact information can be found in the Sunweb App or in the welcome message you have received via WhatsApp or SMS.
