Wheelchair (airport)

If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.

 

Arrival: In the middle of the arrivals hall (at the level of check-in desk 13) is the desk of assistance. Guests need to go there with their passport / ID. They can take a seat in the yellow seats and as soon as an employee of assistance is available, he / she will assist the guests. Assistance is recognizable by the yellow logo with a wheelchair.


Departure: Right in front of the departure hall and also in the parking lot are pillars with an intercom button. They can be recognized by the yellow logo with a wheelchair. The preference is to go to the desk in the arrivals hall, where you will be helped faster.
