Lanzarote is a very bicycle friendly island and especially in winter many cyclists and athletes come to Lanzarote to train. There are many trails to go mountain biking as well. For the seasoned cyclist it is possible to cycle all over the island. There are many bike rentals in the tourist areas where you can rent all types of bikes and where you can book guided tours.
