If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.
There are 2 possibilities:
- You go straight to the desk of PMR. The desk can be found on floor 2, across from the Vueling/Iberia check-in desks desk number 90. They will take you with a wheelchair to the check in desk and assist you during check in and then take you to the gate
- You go to the check in desk by yourself and after checking in you are picked up by the staff of PMR and taken to the gate.
