  • What to Buy: Fresh Local Produce: Fruits, vegetables, and herbs, especially olives and tomatoes. Olive Oil: Rhodes is famous for its high-quality olive oil. Greek Honey: Local honey, especially thyme or pine honey. Cheeses: Traditional Greek cheeses like feta, manouri, and mizithra. Local Spices and Herbs: Dried oregano, thyme, and other herbs. 

  •  Open Daily from 8 AM to 1 PM (quieter in the afternoon). 

2. Lindos Village Market 

  • What to Buy: Handmade Ceramics: Unique, handcrafted pottery. Leather Goods: Handcrafted leather sandals, bags, and wallets. Jewelry: Silver and gold jewelry with Greek symbols. Olive Wood Products: Beautifully carved items like bowls and cutting boards. Traditional Sweets: Loukoum (Turkish delight), baklava, and karidopita. 

  • When to VisitOpen Daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. 

3. Afandou Market 

  • What to Buy: Fresh Produce: Tomatoes, cucumbers, and watermelon. Local Wines: Rhodes produces some excellent wines. Olive Oil and Olives: Local olive oil and hand-picked olives. Local Handicrafts: Handmade pottery, woven baskets, and crafts. 

  • When to VisitOpen Daily from 8 AM to 2 PM.
