1. Barranco del Infierno: This iconic 6.3 km (round trip) trail takes you through a spectacular ravine to a waterfall. Due to its popularity and to preserve the ecosystem, access is limited to 300 visitors per day and requires prior reservation. You can find more information and book on the official website: (adeje.es).

2. Boca del Paso - La Quinta Trail: This 4.8 km circular route begins in the village of La Quinta, near Taucho. It goes through an open pine forest before descending to the Boca del Paso viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the southern tourist areas of Tenerife.

3. La Caleta to El Puertito Coastal Walk: A pleasant 6.6 km coastal walk linking La Caleta to the small village of El Puertito. The trail passes through nudist beaches and old hippie cabins. Good hiking shoes are recommended due to rocky terrain and some exposed sections.

4. Montaña Carrasco - Charco La Negra - Boca del Paso Trail: For more experienced hikers, this 15.8 km route starts from the village of Adeje, following an ancient Guanche path along the southeast slopes of Montaña Carrasco to Ifonche. It then traverses a pine forest towards Boca del Paso. Sturdy shoes and long pants are recommended due to rocky areas and overgrowth.

5. Virgen Path: This trail connects Adeje to the Ifonche area, passing through varied landscapes and offering panoramic views of the region. It’s part of the local SL trail network in Adeje.
