Can I flush toilet paper in the toilet?
In Playa del Cura, Gran Canaria, as well as in many parts of Spain, it's generally not recommended to flush toilet paper down the toilet. The plumbing system may not be designed to handle large amounts of paper, and flushing it can cause blockages.
Instead, you’ll typically find a small bin next to the toilet for disposing of used toilet paper. Be sure to follow this local practice to avoid plumbing issues.
