We don't recommend you to ride a bike anywhere else than the proximity of their accommodation. There are no bike paths on the roadways, and the locals aren't used to see many bicycles on the road.

Once you reach Alcoutim, you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the Guadiana River and the surrounding area.

- Distance: Approx. 10-12 km one way
- Difficulty: Easy to moderate
- Description: A short but beautiful ride through the Algarve countryside. This route takes you to Castro Marim, a town known for its historical sites and salt pans. You'll pass through agricultural land and have views of the Guadiana River.
Before setting out, make sure to check the weather, as the Algarve can get very hot in summer, and bring enough water for your ride. Whether you’re looking for a leisurely ride along the coast or a more challenging adventure, these routes offer something for everyone!
