Check the voucher you received, which states the pick-up location.
If there is a tour guide on site, you will receive a message with the exact location and time of pick-up.
If you are not sure where to go upon arrival, you can ask at your accommodation or the reception desk if they know which ticket office/lift station/Sunweb desk the ski pass will be distributed at.
