Parpan is located in the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski region, one of the most popular ski areas in Switzerland. Throughout the winter season, there are various competitions, events, and activities such as:
- Lenzerheide Ski World Cup (Alpine Skiing Events)
- Arosa Snowboard Open (Snowboard competitions)
- Lenzerheide Freestyle Week (Freestyle skiing and snowboarding events)
- Date: between December and March and attract both professional athletes and enthusiasts

Swiss Alpine Marathon (Lenzerheide)
A major event for runners and outdoor athletes, the Swiss Alpine Marathon typically includes various races such as full marathons, half marathons, and trail running events. This event usually takes place in August, with parts of the marathon route passing through Lenzerheide, which is just a short distance from Parpan.

Christmas Markets
