Fieberbrunn → Jakobskreuz (Buchensteinwand)
A classic hike from the village center to the Jakobskreuz on the Buchensteinwand (viewpoint cross).
Duration: approx. 4.5 hours
Highlights: a 30-meter-tall cross, panoramic viewing platform with beautiful views over the PillerseeTal.

Fieberbrunn “Gipfelrunde” (Summit Loop)
A demanding but very rewarding trail: approx. 33 km with over 2,020 m of elevation gain.
It leads over three peaks, including the Wildseeloder (2,118 m), and passes the Wildseeloder lake.
Great for experienced hikers looking for a full-day alpine challenge.


Museum “Digital Walk” Around the Streuböden Reservoir
A very family-friendly circular walk (about 700 m) around the Streuböden Reservoir.
A special app provides educational content (flora, fauna, geology) at 10 stations along the trail.
Duration: approx. 0.5 hours.


Winter Hiking: Zillstatt → Streuböden
In winter, there is a 13 km winter hiking trail from Fieberbrunn village to the Streuböden mid-station.
Duration: approx. 4.5 hours, elevation gain: around 550 m.
The trail follows mostly asphalt or well-maintained winter paths.


Loop Trail “Palfenweg”
A moderate loop trail in the PillerseeTal region, approx. 3.9 km, with a gentle ascent.
Suitable for a relaxed walk; it follows forest paths, dirt roads, and some asphalt.
Perfect for a half-day walk with varied scenery.
