Typical souvenirs

By buying a typical souvenir, you will bring a piece of Samos home with you.

Typical souvenirs would be:

  • Ceramics; Pythagoras cup is for sure the most famous souvenir, but you can find many beautiful handmade bowls, cups, etc.
  • Local wine; The most famous is the sweet wine Vin Doux, but there are so many other local wines to buy (Psiles Korfes, Vakakis)
  • Olive products; Olive oil, that you can find in multiple flavours mixed with lemon or spices. Olive soap, again so many different kinds combined with other natural products as chamomile, lemon grass, etc.
  • Samos; of course there are smaller items to buy with Samos written on it, such as key chains, wooden hearts, nameplates, necklaces, etc. Or a miniature version of the statue of Pythagoras.
