We will be arriving late, can we still check-in?
On the vouchers that you received from us via email, you usually find the check-in procedure for late arrival. Follow the instructions that is written on the accommodation voucher. If you don’t see any information about a late arrival, we advise you to contact the accommodation yourself to inform them of your late arrival.
What time can I check-in into my hotel?
This depends from hotel to hotel, but it is generally about 17.00. Upon arrival at your accommodation the reception will inform you about the exact time. If you arrive before that time, you may normally leave your luggage at reception or luggage storage. Sometimes, there is a changing room where you can slip into your holiday outfit and start exploring your holiday destination.
Why can I only check-in in the afternoon?
When you arrive at the hotel early in the day, it is possible that the room is not completely ready. The previous guests have the right to check-out between 08:00 – 10:00. After this, the cleaning needs to be done. This prevents you from checking in before the check-in time.
