If you have booked via our excursions webshop, you will receive an email with conformation. You also need a physical voucher to attend the excursion. Either your local guide will contact you about when and where to pick these up or you can contact the local guides yourself. On the voucher you can find the pickup time and place of the excursion.
If you booked via your Sunweb guide directly, then you have received a voucher. On the voucher you will find the pick up time and place for your excursion.
