During the welcome meeting whereby ski passes are handed over, guides specify the importance of taking a picture of the back side of ski passes (with the numbers clearly visible), in case that this happens. If you lost your ski pass, you should go to the ski pass office, equipped with the picture, and for the sum of € 20.00, you will receive a new ski pass to replace the lost one. Without any proof of the ski pass number, the cancellation of the lost one cannot be done. In that case, you will have to pay and buy a new one.
