I lost my ski pass

Unfortunately Sunweb cannot take any action on that. We advise you to go to the ski pass office where you can get a new one. With the proof of the lost one (ex: picture of the ski pass with the number) you will get a new one for a small administration fee (approx. €5,-), besides this you will have to pay the deposit again (€2,-). Without any proof of the ski pass number, the cancellation of the lost one cannot be done. Then you will have to pay and buy a new one.
