If you have booked via our excursions webshop, you will receive an email confirmation with the tickets which you need to attend the excursion. We will send you a message with the pick-up place and time one day before the excursion. This will be the latest before 5pm.
If you booked via your Sunweb guide in your accommodation, you will also receive the definite pick-up information one day prior, latest at 5pm.
