If you have booked via our excursions webshop, you will receive an email confirmation with the tickets which you need to attend the excursion. We will send you a message with the pick-up place and time one day before the excursion. This will be the latest before 17.00.
If you booked via your Sunweb guide in your accommodation, then you have received a voucher. On the voucher you will find the pick up time and place for your excursion.
