If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.
Departure : Near the coffeshop in the departure hall there is a pillar. It can be recognized by the yellow logo with a wheelchair. The guests can press the intercom button on the pillar to get assistance. It is also possible to go direct to the check in desk (don't wait in the line) and ask for the assistance. They always ask at the check-in if guests also want assistance at the airport back home.
