If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.
As for extra guidance. At the airport you have special desks for this (Aena Sin barreras). If you need extra accompaniment/wheelchair you can either report to this desk or you report it at the check-in desk (they will then contact the staff at the yellow desk).
