Bus

You can give the bus driver cash in euros as payment for the bus ride. Ask the driver to call out your stop when you need to get off.

Arguineguín Local Transport

Buses:
Arguineguín is well-connected by the Global bus network. The most convenient route is Line 1(blue Global bus), which runs along the GC500 road and stops at key locations like Maspalomas, Puerto Rico, and Puerto de Mogán. Other useful routes include:
- Line 33: Connects Playa del Inglés to Arguineguín and continues along the coast.
- Line 91: A faster option between Las Palmas and Puerto de Mogán, stopping at Arguineguín.
- Line 9: Links Arguineguín to Puerto Rico in just 9 minutes (€1-€2).
Main Bus Stops:
The primary stops in Arguineguín are:
- Near La Marea shopping center.
- By the Whale Tail roundabout.
Airport Transfers:
To travel between Gran Canaria Airport and Arguineguín, use Line 1 or the faster Line 91.
Taxis:
Taxis are available for quicker transfers, e.g., to Puerto Rico (5 minutes, approx. €11-€14) or Maspalomas (8 minutes, approx. €21-€26).
Tips:
For real-time schedules and fares, visit the Guaguas Global website or use apps like Moovit or Google Maps.

Taxi

You can request a taxi from the front desk of your accommodation or restaurant. You may also wait for a taxi at the taxi rank.

Before you get in the taxi, you must inform the driver of your direction. Ask the taxi driver to activate the Taximeter, and when you reach your destination, you pay the amount of the ride which is indicated on the screen. Additionally, you and the taxi driver can agree on an amount to pay before getting in the taxi. You can pay with cash. If you need a receipt, remember to ask the driver if it is possible to get it, before the ride starts.
