Beautiful little traditional villages can be discovered throughout the island. To do something like this, a car rental is advised. Drive south and visit Ponta do Sol, Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar. After that you can drive west exploring little villages. End you day at the natural swimming pools of Sao Vicente.
