If you notice damage right away upon your arrival, you must report it to the Lost and Found Office at the airport and complete the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with the assistance of airport employees. The Lost and Found office is mostly located within the luggage collecting area.
If you see it after leaving the airport, we recommend that you contact your travel insurance and see how they are able to assist you.
