Bus
The local bus (dolmus) must be paid in cash, Turkish lira. To board the bus, wait along the road and raise your hand as the bus passes. There are no bus stops. You can hop on and off anywhere along the route. Please inform the driver before getting off the bus.

Taxi
You can request a taxi from the front desk of your accommodation or restaurant. You may also wait for a taxi at the taxi rank.
Before you get in the taxi, you must inform the driver of your direction. Ask the taxi driver to activate the Taximeter, and when you reach your destination, you pay the amount of the ride which is indicated on the screen. Additionally, you and the taxi driver can agree on an amount to pay before getting in the taxi. You can pay with cash. If you need a receipt, remember to ask the driver if it is possible to get it, before the ride starts.
