I got an injury, how can I get my money back for ski-rental/ski pass?
If you have not been able to use your lift pass for one or more days, for whatever reason, then you need to contact the ski lift company on location yourself if there is a restitution. It is not possible to organize this after your holiday.
We recommend that you contact your travel insurance, if you have subscribed one. The insurance can notify you of what is require in this case.
It is important that the lift pass is on the invoice and that you have sufficient proof (medical certificate, or other) that you could not use the ski pass anymore.
