Luggage not arrived

  •  If you have lost it in the resort please contact the local authorities. 
  • If you have lost your luggage in your accommodation please check with the reception. 

 

Please inform a Sunweb representative if you have lost your luggage in during your transportation by bus, during your transfer from the airport or at the Airport. Extra assistance on that matter will be given to you.

 

Contact information can be found in the Sunweb App or in the welcome message you have received via WhatsApp or SMS.
