Luggage not arrived

  • If you have lost it in the resort please contact the local authorities. 
  • If you have lost your luggage in your accommodation please check with the reception. 
  • If You have lost your luggage on the transfer bus or in the airport: Please inform a Sunweb representative. Extra assistance on that matter will be given to you. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you. 
  • If Your luggage has not arrived to destination after Your flight: Please go to the information desk within the baggage claim area and fill out a property irregularity report (PIR). They will assist You further. Remember to get a copy of the PIR to send to your travel insurance.
