Bus

You can give the bus driver cash in euros as payment for the bus ride. Ask the driver to call out your stop when you need to get off.

•    Regional Bus Line 522 connects Flachau with Radstadt, Altenmarkt and Flachauwinkl.

This is the main public transport line in the area.

•    During winter, a free ski bus operates regularly between Flachau, Reitdorf and the ski lifts.

Skiers can use it at no cost when wearing ski gear or showing a valid ski pass.

•    With the Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg, hotel guests can use all public buses and trains in the entire SalzburgerLand region for free during their stay.

•    For timetables, routes and nearest bus stops, travellers can use the Salzburg Verkehr app or website.

•    The buses run frequently during the day, with extra services during peak seasons (winter & summer holidays).

Taxi

You can request a taxi from the front desk of your accommodation or restaurant. Before you get in the taxi, you must inform the driver of your direction. Ask the taxi driver to activate the Taximeter, and when you reach your destination, you pay the amount of the ride which is indicated on the screen. Additionally, you and the taxi driver can agree on an amount to pay before getting in the taxi. You can pay with cash. If you need a receipt, remember to ask the driver if it is possible to get it, before the ride starts.
