Bus

You can give the bus driver cash in euros as payment for the bus ride. Ask the driver to call out your stop when you need to get off.

  • Regional bus 640 runs several times a day between Zell am See and the Rauris Valley.

  • Täler bus connects Rauris with the side valleys (Seidlwinkltal and Hüttwinkltal).

  • Guest Shuttle operates on Saturdays and Sundays between Taxenbach railway station and Rauris/Wörth.

  • Winter ski bus: Free service connecting Rauris with the Hochalmbahn ski lifts.

  • With a Guest Mobility Ticket, most buses in the region can be used free of charge.

Taxi

You can request a taxi from the front desk of your accommodation or restaurant. Before you get in the taxi, you must inform the driver of your direction. Ask the taxi driver to activate the Taximeter, and when you reach your destination, you pay the amount of the ride which is indicated on the screen. Additionally, you and the taxi driver can agree on an amount to pay before getting in the taxi. You can pay with cash. If you need a receipt, remember to ask the driver if it is possible to get it, before the ride starts.
