If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’.   • Full wheelchair assistance is available for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).

  • Facilities include accessible toilets, ramps, lifts, and a special assistance desk.

  • Designated arrival/pick‑up points exist outside the terminal for disabled passengers.

  • Immigration and passport control have lowered counters for wheelchair users.

  • Notify your airline at booking (or at least 48 hours before the flight) for assistance.
