Typical souvenirs

By buying a typical souvenir, you will bring a piece of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin home with you.

Typical souvenirs would be:

  • Artisanal olive oil & tapenade: high-quality olive oil (often from nearby regions) and jars of tapenade (olive-spread) are classics

  • Local herbs & spice blends: a small pack of “Herbes de Provence” (mixture of thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender etc.)

  • Regional specialities: from jams, preserves, to sweets or nougat (or similar); many food-souvenirs from Provence / Côte d’Azur aim to give you a taste of the region

  • Ceramics & pottery; hand-painted plates, bowls or decorative ceramics with Provencal or Mediterranean motifs. These make beautiful souvenirs and remind you of the region long after the trip

  • Soaps & lavender items: handmade soaps (olive-oil based, lavender-scented etc.); a small, classic but authentic souvenir. Such soaps and lavender sachets are common across Provence and the Riviera
