Your destination offers many restaurants that provide international cuisine. However, it is possible to locate reputable restaurants that offer tasty local food.

Typical food from the region is:

  • Salade niçoise: a classic salad from the region; usually with tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, Niçoise olives, and tuna or anchovies, dressed with olive oil
  • Ratatouille: a Provençal vegetable dish; stewed vegetables, often with Mediterranean herbs. A classic that captures the flavours of the region
  • Pissaladière: a type of focaccia or onion tart with caramelised onions, black olives, and sometimes anchovies; well-known in the Provence / Côte d’Azur region
  • Socca (chickpea pancake): a regional speciality, especially known from the cities of the French Riviera. Delicious as a snack or as part of a light meal
  • Fish and seafood & Mediterranean dishes: because Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is located on the coast, you’ll find lots of fresh fish and seafood on menus; for example grilled fish, mussels, or fish soups/stews
