- Arroz Brut: Served in all reel Mallorquin restaurants. It’s a savoury rice casserole, made year-round using different ingredients depending on the season.
- Frito Malloquin(Catalan ‘must eat dish to eat like a local’): Consists of offal, red and green peppers, potatoes and garlic
- Trempo ‘Mallorquin Summer Salad’: Combination of tomatoes, onion and Mallorquin green bell peppers. Drizzled with olive oil and seasoned salt only. Typically served with bread and olives on the side
- Pa ambo li: Translated from Mallorquin it means ‘bread an olive oil’.
- Bunyols ‘must try at local market/fiestas’: Donuts made from a flour base, fried in oil and the coated with sugar
