If you notice damage right away upon your arrival, you must report it to the office of the Handling agent of your airline company at the airport and complete the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with the assistance of airport employees. The counters of the Handling agencies of the different airline companies are located in the departure hall of Samos airport, in the end of the hall on your right side.
If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, we recommend that you contact your travel insurance and see how they are able to assist you.
