I lost my ski pass

Unfortunately Sunweb cannot take any action on that. We advise you to go to the ski pass Office where you can get a new one. In most cases, with the proof of the lost one (ex: picture of the ski pass with the number or the attached receipt of it) you will get a new one for free  (sometimes a little extra cost is requested to pay the plastic card). Without any proof of the ski pass number, the cancellation of the lost one cannot be done. Then you will have to pay and buy a new one.


The costs for a new card when losing the old one is 15 euro plus 2 euro deposit the card.


Please make sure to make a picture of the front and the back of the ski card
