Spanish cuisine is probably best known for various Spanish tapas (cold or hot Spanish appetizers or snacks) including world-famous national foods of Spain like iconic jamon iberico, legendary paella, and glorified gazpacho. Some examples:

Gambas al pil pil

Peeled shrimp in garlic oil with spicy red peppers

 

Gambas al ajillo

Peeled shrimp in garlic oil

 

Gazpacho

Cold soup made from uncooked pureed vegetables, herbs and garlic
