When you arrive at the airport, a representative with Sunweb sign is waiting for you in the arrival hall. He or she will lead you to where you're able to join the bus or taxi for your transfer.

West Algarve (= Albufeira, Alvor, Armacao de Pera, Carvoerio, Ferragudo, Lagos, Monchique, Olhos d’Agua, Portimao, Praia da Rocha, Quinta do Lago, Salema, Vilamoura):
At the airport you will be greeted at the MTS counter in the arrivals hall by our Sunweb tour guide or local representative.
The driver will wait until 60 minutes after your flight arrival time. If you are delayed with your luggage or at customs and you think you will need more than 60 minutes to get to the MTS counter, call the number indicated in this app.
Have you rented a car from the airport? Then you do not have to report to the MTS counter and you can go straight to your car rental company. The car rental voucher states where you can report.
East Algarve (= Altura, Castro Marim, Manta Rota, Monte Gordo, Santa Luzia Tavira, Tavira):
At the airport you will be greeted at Café Central in the arrivals hall by our Primavera/Sunweb tour guide or our minibus driver with a Sunweb/Primavera sign.
Have you rented a car from the airport? Then you do not have to report to Café Central, and you can go to your car rental company. The car rental voucher states where you can report.
