At Ponta Delgada Airport you can use the service called MyWay for passengers with reduced mobility.
You must request this assistance at booking or at least 48 hours before flight departure, through your airline or travel agent.
On arrival at the airport, go to the designated “arrival point” showing the MyWay logo and call them to start your assistance.
Assistance includes use of wheelchairs or motorized carts, help from check-in to boarding, between gates when connecting flights, and upon arrival from plane to terminal exit — including help with baggage and access to toilets or counters.
If needed, you may be accompanied by an assistant or by one person from your travel group.
