When you arrive at the airport, a representative with a Sunweb board is waiting for you. He or she will lead you to where you're able to join the bus or taxi for your transfer.
Airport (if guide is present):
You will be greeted at the airport by our guide or agent. Once you have arrived in the arrivals hall, walk to the right towards the Spar supermarket. You will see our TV screen near the Spar supermarket.
Airport (if no guide is present):
You will be received at the airport by our local agent. They speak English. In the arrival hall office number 19 which says Canary shuttle/office 19. This office you will find on your left when you enter the arrivals hall. They will tell you which bus or private transfer will take you to the hotel.
