If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.

In the departure hall you can find yellow seats for passengers with reduced mobility. If there is no Sunweb guide present, please make yourself known to the assistance desk (sin barreras), by going to their desk in the right hand side of the departure hall, or calling them via the intercom at the taxi stand or in the middle of the departure hall. They will require your name, flight number and destination airport.

Someone will then pick you up and assist you all the way from check-in to boarding the plane. The assistance for your arrival airport will directly be arranged when you check in, so someone will also be waiting for you upon arrival.
