Luggage not arrived

When your luggage does not arrive, it is essential that you go to the airport's Lost & Found section and file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) report. Make sure that you obtain a copy of the PIR report. The airport will start a search for your bag to locate it. You will not be updated during the process, but if you want further information, please call the number listed on the report. They will require the PIR number, so have it prepared when you call. When your luggage arrives at the airport, the airport will arrange a transfer to your accommodation as soon as to deliver it.
