Luggage not arrived

  • If you have lost it in the resort please contact the local authorities. 
  • If you have lost your luggage in your accommodation please check with the reception. 

 

Please inform a Sunweb representative if you have lost your luggage in during your transportation by bus, during your transfer from the airport or at the Airport. Extra assistance on that matter will be given to you. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you.
