Typical food from the region is: 


Kasnocken – Small cheese dumplings made from potatoes and flour, mixed with local cheese and often served with butter and fried onions. A rustic and creamy dish popular in Alpine regions.

Schweinsbraten – Classic Austrian roast pork, often seasoned with garlic and herbs, served with potatoes, sauerkraut, or other local vegetables. A hearty and filling dish.

Brettljause – A traditional Alpine platter with various cold cuts, cheeses, pickles, and bread. Perfect as a light lunch or snack in the mountains.
