Local herbal mixes, teas, and oils from the Eisack Valley.
Often sold at markets and in health food stores.

2. Südtiroler Speck

One of the most famous regional products.
Vacuum-packed, making it ideal for taking home.

3. Brixner Christmas Ornaments & Advent Decorations

Especially during the Christmas market: hand-painted baubles, wooden figures, candles, and angels.

4. Wood Carvings from the Dolomites

Brixen is located in a region known for traditional wood carving:
– Religious statues
– Decorative animals
– Handcrafted nativity scenes

5. Local Wines (Eisack Valley)

Typical white wines from the region:
– Sylvaner
– Kerner
– Grüner Veltliner
– Riesling

Small wineries also sell directly to visitors.

6. “Brixner Domschatz” Miniatures

Souvenirs inspired by the famous art treasures of Brixen Cathedral:
magnets, books, postcards, and small replicas.

7. Südtiroler Mountain Cheese

Regional cheeses such as:
– Graukäse
