If you need assistance for your transfer or at the airport, you need to request it to you Sunweb representative. After this chat you get the question ‘Could you find the answer you are looking for?’. If you select ‘no’ you have the option to chat with a guide. Select this option to speak with the Sunweb guide so they can help you. 

 

Contact your airline and request wheelchair assistance at least 48 hours before your trip begins. The customer service representative will add a "requires special assistance" note to your reservation record and notify your departure, arrival, and transfer airports to provide a wheelchair.
