If you are still at the airport, please go to the information desk in the baggage claim area and fill out a property irregularity report (PIR). They will help you further. Remember to get a copy of the PIR that you can send to your travel insurance company.
Regardless of where the luggage was damaged: Take pictures of your damaged luggage. Contact your travel insurance company to check if it covers damaged baggage. Please inform a Sunweb representative if you require further assistance.
